Pay up front for orders below $75 USD. Above $76 will have a required down payment with the rest paid upon the discussed checkpoints/final delivery.
Product will be delivered digitally. Artist will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered. I will try to resend you the product if I have it, but I cannot guarantee this.
Customer has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase. Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eye colour change). Additional minor revisions or major revisions may be completed for an extra fee.
Must be paid in USD. Accepted payment methods include: PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, or Apple Pay.
Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for 1 month, or when work has not been completed within 3 months.
Customer is required to contact the artist in a reasonably timely and responsive manner.
Pricing is subject to change depending on complexity of the task. Customer can cancel order if a new price cannot be agreed upon.
Artist can cancel and refund any order at any time.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
